Quality of yarn is wasn’t great. very itchy

I received this as a gift from my sweetheart who knows I ADORE this shop and their gorgeous knits and jewelry. This particular sweater is adorable and whimsical and so beautifully crafted. I'd say it would look pretty with just about anything, but especially nice as the topper over a vintage or sheer slipdress, or with an old worn pair of jeans and boots. Love + Knit you are my fav etsy shop far and away! Honestly considering one more of this style, in a different color...

NIGHTMARE SELLER AND CHEAP QUALITY SCARVES!! It literally would've been easier to just buy some knitting needles and learn to knit!! I encourage you all to RUN RUN RUN away from this seller. The seller sent me the wrong scarves and then refused to refund me. She was nasty in her messages to me. Etsy even reviewed our messages and told her she needed to refund me and she refused and ignored our messages. Etsy intervened and refunded me since the seller wouldn't. Not only are these scarves extremely scratchy, cheap quality, poorly made, and have large holes that do nothing to keep you warm, this is the worst seller I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with on Etsy. This seller shouldn't be allowed to sell on Etsy with an attitude like hers! She is blatantly deceitful and a thief! I would give her 0 stars if I could!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL SELLER!! Cheap poor quality and extremely scratchy material. Large and uneven holes in the knitting which do nothing to keep out cold. It feels like you're wearing sandpaper around your neck. Rude, difficult seller who withheld my money even after I shipped the items back to her as we had agreed upon. Seller is deceitful and a thief! WARNING: If you live in the U.S., be aware that shipping is extremely expensive to mail back to where this seller is in Istanbul, Turkey. Shipping cost me $73. I worked with Etsy to get a gift card for this shipping amount, but this refund process was extremely long and exhausting. Getting any kind of refund for a wrong order and shipping is not guaranteed so I would recommend finding a cheaper and kinder local seller to buy from!

Full description part 4: Seller claimed I was lying to try to "cheat" her (returning unused products is not "cheating" anything). She even made up a story that I used the scarves for "parties" and "photoshoots" and was trying to return them after wearing them (literally what?? If I wanted to wear the scarves I would've kept them!). I have included a screenshot of her message to me to show you the poor customer service you'll be dealing with if you order from this seller. The seller became extremely nasty and made up lies that I messaged her "months later" (which was absolutely not true as proven in our message timeline), that she didn't know I was shipping the items back to her (again not true as I messaged her informing her I was shipping the items back), and changed her story about why she was withholding my refund. First she claimed I became "rude" which was not true at all (I was polite & reasonable in every single message). (See pt 4)

She told me absolutely not and that she would also be retroactively charging me initial shipment of my scarves (which was included in the original price). I asked for clarification about this. She then became very snarky and told me she'd no longer be giving me a refund. I said she already agreed to a refund and I had that in writing. I then shipped the scarves back to her as we had previously agreed. Once the package arrived I notified the seller. (See pt 3)

I bought a scarf from her about 2 years ago and liked it so I returned to buy 6 more scarves from her. The new scarves that I received from her were nothing like my original scarf - they weren't the same length, the knitting was sloppy, the material was poor quality and extremely scratchy, and the holes were so large it's useless to keep cold out. I messaged the seller right away & she told me she would refund me once I mailed them back. (See pt 2)
